About the Client

Talk n Share is a counselling platform founded by Dr. Sangeeta Gupta, a licensed psychologist with over eight years of hands-on experience. The platform was created as a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can speak openly and receive professional, evidence-based support. The intent behind the brand was clear. The online presence, however, lacked structure and direction.

Before working with Nethues, Talk n Share’s social media was active in parts but inconsistent in direction. Posts were generic, the tone shifted from one piece of content to another, and there was no clear structure guiding what to publish or why. Engagement was limited. More importantly, the depth of expertise behind the brand was not coming through.

  • A better mix of static posts, carousels, short-form videos, and reels
  • Platform-specific adaptations instead of duplicate content

The creative direction was refined to convey calmness, trust, and professionalism. The tone became steady and human, neither overly clinical nor overly promotional.
