About the Client

GTS Consulting is an Ireland-based technology partner serving clients in the global diplomatic community, along with enterprise operations that need dependable, large-scale systems. Their work spans systems integration, managed IT, application development, infrastructure, business process outsourcing, and payment consultancy, much of it built around the demands of visa processing and international logistics.

They came to us needing a corporate website that could carry that weight: something professional enough to represent a company operating at that level, and easy enough for their own team to manage without leaning on a developer for every update.

The client had Figma designs ready before we came on board, so the brief was clear from the start. At a high level, they needed:

  • A ground-up build, closely aligned with the Figma designs they’d already prepared.
  • A fully responsive layout that held up cleanly across devices, not just in theory.
  • A WordPress setup their team could manage day-to-day.
  • Strong page performance and load times.
  • An SEO-friendly structure from the outset.

Our Solution

We built the site from scratch on WordPress, using Elementor to bring the client’s Figma designs to life. GTS’s layouts leaned complex in places, so getting every section to match- spacing, structure, visual hierarchy- took careful, page-by-page work.

The biggest challenge was consistency: making sure that complexity held together across screen sizes instead of breaking down on smaller viewports. We worked through this with a mix of Elementor, custom PHP, and CSS, tuning each breakpoint until the responsive behavior matched the fidelity of the desktop design.

Beyond the core build, this included:

  • Custom Elementor pages built to match the Figma designs.
  • Responsive layouts tested and adjusted across breakpoints.
  • Contact forms for lead capture.
  • A content structure the client’s team can manage independently.
  • SEO-friendly foundations built into the site.
  • Performance optimization across pages.

The result is a scalable, easy-to-maintain website that reflects the scope of GTS’s work and gives their visitors and the clients they serve a smoother experience.
