About the Client

Nalou Sport builds, maintains, and renovates sports surfaces and facilities: football pitches, basketball and handball courts, rugby grounds, athletics tracks, volleyball and tennis/padel courts, gym spaces- you name it. Their surface expertise runs just as wide: synthetic turf, hybrid grass, running tracks, PVC, wood, rubber.

What they didn’t have was a website that matched the scale of that work. They came to us wanting something modern and professional, a site their team could actually keep updated themselves, without having to call a developer every time something needed to change.

Project Requirements

The client already had a strong sense of direction here. This wasn’t a blank-slate brief; they’d mapped out what they wanted before we got involved. At a high level, they needed:

  • A website built around Figma designs they’d already prepared, matched closely across every section
  • Consistent performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile, not just “responsive” on paper
  • A WordPress CMS their own team could run day-to-day without developer involvement
  • Fast-loading pages and a smooth overall experience
  • SEO groundwork baked in from day one, not bolted on after launch

Our Solution image

Our Solution

We built the site from scratch on WordPress, using Elementor to turn the client’s Figma files into a working, functional website. Section by section, we matched the design closely- spacing, typography, layout, the visual details that are easy to get wrong.

The hardest part wasn’t the design match itself; it was keeping that match intact across screen sizes. A layout that looks flawless on a desktop mockup often falls apart the moment you shrink it down. We handled this by pairing Elementor’s layout tools with custom CSS and WordPress-level tweaks, going breakpoint by breakpoint until the site held up wherever it was viewed.

Beyond the core build, a few things stood out:

  • Custom Elementor templates built to mirror the Figma designs page by page
  • Responsive layouts tuned individually across breakpoints, not just scaled down
  • Contact forms wired in for lead capture
  • A content structure the client’s team can actually manage without touching code
  • SEO-friendly foundations built into the site structure itself
  • Performance work across load times and asset handling

What Nalou Sport ended up with is a site that looks the way they wanted it to, works properly on any device, and doesn’t need a developer on standby for routine updates.
