  • About The Project

    The aim was to develop a hybrid mobile app that is capable of handling support for an effective management of repairing services online and storing fresh data. Keeping in mind the requirements, Sencha was selected as the development platform. We employed two phases of the development:

    The first phase aimed at providing access to sales and technical personnel, thus allowing them to record their findings using the app.

    The second phase led to the development of an interface for Super Admin and Project coordinators while authorising them to manage the functions of the app and giving them the ability to limit or grant permission to a specific user.

    Apart from this, our developers’ utilized web interfaces, along with core PHP as the base technology to ensure easy management of internal processes and business data of the organisation.

    • Developed a Sencha based hybrid app, for both Android and iOS, meant ideally for the employees of the organisation.
    • Integrated a multi-level login mechanism which rendered the app the rights and permission as per the type of login. The login account included Super Admin, Project Coordinator, Sales Person and Technician.
    • Incorporated a feature that sends a push notification to the Project Coordinator, Sales Person or Technician, whenever any task gets executed, assigned or finished concerning the respective user profile.
    • Included a timer to keep a track of the time spent on a task. The timer initiates the moment the “start job” button is clicked by the technician.
