We’ve been building software since 2001, and here’s what we’ve noticed: most automation projects fail because someone bought a tool before they understood the process. Nethues does it backwards: we map how your team actually works first, then build the automation around it. 2,800+ projects in, that order still matters more than the tech stack. That’s what our AI workflow automation services are for: not a one-off script that breaks the moment your process changes, but a system built to keep up with it.
Custom AI agents that handle multi-step tasks, document review, lead qualification, ticket triage, and reasoning across your data instead of following rigid rules.
We map your existing operations and automate the repetitive, rule-based steps that eat up staff hours: approvals, data entry, reporting, scheduling.
We build AI-powered automation solutions that plug directly into your CRM, ERP, or legacy systems, so data moves automatically instead of being re-entered by hand.
Extract, classify, and route data from invoices, contracts, and forms using AI models trained on your document types.
AI-driven chat and voice assistants for customer support, internal helpdesks, and lead capture, integrated with your existing tools.
Automated dashboards and forecasting models that turn raw operational data into decisions your team can act on without manual number-crunching.

Our automation engineers build AI-driven systems that adapt as your operations scale. At Nethues Technologies, we don’t just automate a task; we design workflows that keep improving. As an AI automation company, we take you from a single manual bottleneck to a fully connected, self-running process, with support at every stage.
Free your team from repetitive, rule-based work. We automate data entry, approvals, and reporting so people spend time on decisions, not data.
Move faster than manual processes allow. We build AI agents and workflows that act on your data in real time, not on a weekly review cycle.
Tear down the silos between your CRM, ERP, and internal tools. Our integrations keep data flowing automatically across your whole stack.
Automation that grows with you. We build workflows that hold up as volume increases, not ones that need rework the moment you scale.

We don’t lock every project into one platform; the stack depends on what you’re already running and what the workflow actually needs. Here’s the toolkit we pull from for AI automation services.

As an agency offering AI automation services for businesses of varying size and sector, we’ve built automation across:
/ Our Process /
From discovery to go-live, every automation we build follows the same process: no shortcuts, no guesswork, just a repeatable path from your current bottleneck to a working system. Every engagement is run by the same AI automation service delivery team from discovery through to launch, so nothing gets lost in handoffs.
We map your current workflows and identify where automation delivers the clearest time and cost savings.
We define the AI models, integrations, and data requirements needed, and the extent of human oversight required.
We develop and train the automation against your real data and processes, not generic sample sets.
We connect the solution into your existing CRM, ERP, or internal systems via secure APIs.
Phased deployment with monitoring before full-scale go-live.
60 days of post-launch support, with ongoing tuning available as your workflows evolve.
/ Our USPs /
Most vendors sell you a tool. As a business automation agency, we build the workflow around your operations first, then choose the technology that fits, not the other way around. That means fewer half-adopted tools and more automation your team actually uses. We also act as one of the more consistent automation service providers in this space because we don’t disappear after launch. Our 60-day post-launch support window and NASSCOM membership (since 2013) reflect a delivery process built for accountability, not just a demo.
/ Pricing Models /
No two businesses are the same, as each has unique challenges, goals, and aspirations. Accounting for all of it, we offer you three distinctive models for collaboration.
Has a pre-agreed scope, budget, and timeline, with a fixed fee for the entire project. It's suitable for well-defined project scope.
Pay for the actual time spent on the project on an hourly basis, rather than a fixed price. Ideal for projects with evolving requirements.
Developers working for your company as an extension of your in-house team. You get more control over the team's work and can access their expertise directly.
/ FAQs /
It depends on scope, but most projects land somewhere between 2–8 weeks from kickoff to go-live. A single workflow can ship in 1–3 weeks. Bring in multiple systems, and you’re looking at 3–6 weeks. If you’re after something that replaces a role entirely or needs custom AI built from scratch, budget 6–12+ weeks; integrations, data readiness, and review rounds all add time.
Start with your own data, not the vendor’s pitch deck. Map your ticket volume, the channels you support, and the kinds of questions coming in. Then look for a platform that plugs into your existing helpdesk or CRM, handles the languages you need, and, this part gets skipped a lot, lets your team review what the AI decides before it goes live.
Not always, at least not on day one. Rules-based tools are cheaper to set up, but every process change means someone’s re-coding the rules. AI costs more upfront and pays that back over time; it adjusts to shifting workflows instead of needing a rebuild, which is usually where the real savings show up.
Don’t test it against your average day; test it against your worst one. Push it through peak volume and see what happens when several systems are running at once. Then ask the harder questions: what happens when something fails, where are the integration limits, and can you move up a tier without starting over?
Yes, and it’s one of the more straightforward wins. AI pulls data out of emails, forms, and documents, checks it for consistency, then pushes it straight into your CRM or ERP, no copy-paste in between. It also catches anomalies and flags them for a person to look at before they turn into a bigger mess downstream.
